∙Overall responsible for entire pretreatment, shot blasting, DM plant, Effluent Treatment
Plant and Powder coating process
∙Creating Process flow, PFMEA, control plan, work instruction, SOPs for paint shop
∙Compliance to environmental norms
∙Forecast on reduction on paint cost/ consumable cost
∙Carry out production based on cycle time and capacity
∙Taking preventive & corrective actions for the variations in business situations to optimize
the use of the paint shop
∙Manpower planning and allocation
∙Build healthy relationship with shop floor associates and staffs
∙Monitor the stock level of all input material needed for paint shop and ensure optimum WIP
for the next production process in the production flow.
∙Input material planning along with purchase, production and other internal departments
∙Maintain PPM level and control generation of rework / scrap
∙Ensure highest levels of 5S in the paint shop
