o Lead the design and development of mechanical components / systems based
on internal East West and external customer requirements and meeting system
integration requirements.
o Produce 3D CAD models using Solidworks, detailed drawings, Bill of materials,
assembly drawings, FAI, and other necessary documentation throughout the
product development phases.
o Apply DFM, DFA, and FMEA principles to manufacturing processes such as
injection molding, metal casting, machining, and sheet metal.
o Coordinate with East West factories, vendors and suppliers to ensure
feasibility, cost-e iciency, and quality requirements are met.
o Conduct design reviews and provide formal recommendations for
improvements with internal and external customers.
