Job Description
ā Generate and verify project bills and invoices for accuracy and compliance, ensuring timely submission to clients and subcontractors.
ā Track and monitor project costs and expenses to ensure they align with the approved budget, implementing cost control measures as needed.
ā Collaborate with the project manager, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather accurate billing information and resolve any discrepancies.
ā Oversee contractor and subcontractor billing processes, ensuring compliance with contracts and timely payments.
ā Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing documentation, including invoices, payment receipts, and financial records.
ā Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the client, highlighting key metrics and project status.
ā Ensure compliance with government regulations and guidelines for billing and financial management.
ā Assist in preparing for and responding to project audits and financial reviews, providing necessary documentation.
ā Continuously evaluate and improve billing processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
ā Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field
ā Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction billing and financial management
ā Proven experience in managing billing and financial aspects of large-scale construction projects
ā Strong knowledge of construction billing processes and financial regulations
