Job Description
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a professional and courteous manner
Answer, screen, and route incoming calls and emails
Maintain visitor records and issue access badges/passes as per company policy
Coordinate meeting room bookings and inform concerned departments
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and delivery services
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area at all times
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document handling, and record maintenance
Coordinate with HR, Admin, and Facilities teams for office-related support
Ensure adherence to corporate policies, confidentiality, and security procedures
