Job Description
âLead the development and launch of new food products.
âOversee product formulation, scale-up, and testing.
âManage R&D projects from ideation through commercialization.
âCollaborate with marketing and consumer insights teams to understand market trends.
âConduct sensory analysis and quality assurance tests to ensure product consistency
and consumer satisfaction.
âEnsure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FSSAI, FDA).
âManage R&D budget and resources efficiently.
âMentor and train junior R&D staff.
âDevelop new product formulations and optimize existing products.
âConduct lab-based research and pilot trials for new product concepts.
âEvaluate raw materials, ingredients, and packaging options for product innovation.
âPerform shelf-life testing and quality control evaluations.
âEnsure that product development aligns with food safety and regulatory standards.
âProvide technical support to manufacturing teams during the scaling process.
âStay updated on industry trends and emerging food technologies.
